See a Real Drone Stockpile Volume Report

What the sample report shows

A drone stockpile survey is only useful if the deliverable stands up to your finance team and your auditor. This redacted sample walks through what a UAV Imaging report contains so you know what you are buying before you buy it.

• Per-pile volume table. Cut volume, 3D surface area and high-point height for every stockpile, each pile named by its product, so inventory reconciliation can lift the numbers straight into a spreadsheet.
• Orthomosaic and site map. A georeferenced top-down image of the yard so every pile is identified and located, not just numbered.
• Surface model. The digital surface model the volumes are measured against, above each pile's base area — the part an auditor asks to see.
• Volume tolerance. Every volume carries its own ± figure, alongside the ground sampling distance, point density and image count behind it, so the numbers are defensible.
• Method and date stamp. Flight date, aircraft, camera, coordinate system and processing software, giving you a dated record for period-end.
• Turnaround. Survey date and report date are both on the cover — this one was six days — so you can plan measurement around month-end.
