Earthwork volume tracking
Cut/fill volumes from initial topo through to final grade. Track contractor production. Settle pay applications with documented quantities, not estimates. Sub-2% accuracy on volumes versus ground-truth survey.
Safety + logistics surveillance
Aerial views of site logistics: stockpile placement, traffic flow, hazards. Pre-task hazard analysis with current site imagery instead of an outdated plan view. Site security perimeter checks.
Marketing + executive imagery
4K oblique aerial photography and video for owner marketing, executive board presentations, ribbon-cutting and milestone media. Captured at the same flight as the technical work — incremental cost.

- Baseline flight: capture as-existing condition before mobilization or at start of earthworks.
- Weekly capture: same flight plan flown autonomously, typically 30-60 minutes on site.
- Processing: deliverables in client's hands within 48-72 hours of capture (faster on request).
- Quarterly review: data quality + program scope reviewed with GC project manager; flight plan adjusted as site evolves.
